Custom design orders will be shipped after final customer approval of the order and complete payment has been received by Beaded Jewels. Items ordered together are shipped together. We will notify you if any item cannot be shipped within 30 days. All orders are shipped via Priority Mail with delivery confirmation (tracking no). Next day Orders are shipped with Express Priority with delivery confirmation (track no.) please add shipping option to your cart at checkout. You will be charged the express fee plus regular shipping for Express Priority. Beaded Jewels pays the cost of insurance on orders $100.00 and up as a service to the customer. Office hours - Monday-Saturday 9am to 5pm MST. Only Website Orders taken before 2.00pm will be sent out sameday after 2.00pm sent out nextday Next Day is Not available Internationally.
Returns, Exchanges & Repairs
Beaded Jewels offers a 100% customer satisfaction guarantee with all purchased jewelry.
We do not accept goods returned to Beaded Jewels except in the following circumstances: We accept goods returned that have been un-opened and unused - within 7 working days. We only accept returns from the original buyer. We cannot accept goods back that have been used or opened. If you have received the wrong goods, we will make sure that you receive the correct goods at no extra cost, and will bear all costs for the return of the products. In the unlikely event that your goods are faulty please contact us within 7 days of receipt. No Returns will be accepted without Prior Authorization- You, the original buyer must contact us, and we must agree to accept it. Returns arriving without prior Authorization will be refused. All returns should be made within 7 days following after the date of delivery and be sent back to us by Recorded Delivery, or a Certified Delivery method requiring our signature upon receipt of goods. REPAIRS
If your jewelry purchase needs repair within one year of receipt, it will be fixed at no charge provided there are no parts missing and the item has not been damaged by the recipient. If any stones need to be replaced there will be a charge for missing materials. There is no charge for labor but there will be a slight charge for shipping. For repairs after one year there will be a charge for any missing materials and labor plus shipping. Any fee for shortening, lengthening or changing a design will be based on the number of strands and time involved and should be requested in advance.
WRONG SIZE ORDERD
For Items that have more the one size options listed on website. If you have mistakenly orderd the wrong size please contact us as soon as possible at beadedjewels@beadedjewels.biz for mailing address. It is advisable to send your order back to us with priority, insurance and tracking no. We will not charge you for the labor, but will ask that you pay the cost of shipping the order back to you with priority, insurance and tracking no.

We request a 50% nonrefundable security downpayment per money order on all orders estimated over $200.00 after the customer is satisfied with the designs which can be changed up to a maximum of three times.
